Our office is located in Crestwood.
Our office is open 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1975.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
I am a proud graduate of Murray State University.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.

## Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Crestwood, KY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Dale Viniard - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
## Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Salary plus commission/bonus

## Requirements
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Organizational skills

Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
